EMPLOYMENT AND FAMILY LAW MATTERS

I scheduled a last minute meeting over the phone with their office as I had received a contract I wanted to talk about on the same day. My scheduled initial call was for the following day at 4:30pm. At 4:30pm, I give the number I was provided a call, and I was asked to push the meeting back to 5pm. No apology, I said sure and ended the call. 5pm rolls in and it's now been almost half an hour with no communication on if he (I'm presuming Steven) needed to move the meeting or what happened. I sent the office a message on their inquiry page saying I'm not interested in following up.

It's clear not everyone has experienced this but I wanted to offer a balanced perspective in the sea of positive reviews. I value transparent and honest communication and I don't think it bodes well for a practice if client's can't expect this from the get-go from professional's they are hoping to hire and pay for! I don't see the point on offering appointments around Christmas if the appointment slot's aren't going to be respected. I took time out of my work day to accommodate this call, and the respect doesn't appear mutual.

I gave 2 stars because the lady I talked to over the phone to book my appointment was genuinely lovely and answered my questions thoroughly.
